I found 2 monster high costumes on clearance that were both supposed to be $5 each. One rung up for $5 and one for $10. I showed her the tag on rack that showed the lagoon blue costume for $5 and she said the upc symbol on tag is different that's the wrong one. That is the only one back there and that was the hangar it was on. She would not budge and so I left with neither costume. She was rude & other workers said good luck when I went back to get the tag & saying she is very grumpy, not very nice and does not work well with customers. I shop at other party city's and have never had an issue. I will not be back here again. Her name was Jennifer & she was an Assistant Manager. I feel even worse for the workers that have to deal with her on a daily basis. Non-one should have to deal with that type of attitude.
