I am completely shocked by all the negative reviews! Reading through them, it seems like those people are being slightly oversensitive! We have been at this practice for nearly a decade now. A few years ago, we actually moved 45 minutes away from their office and we still make the drive there because they are that amazing! Dr. Smith is my two daughter's regular doctor, but we have seen nearly all of their staff at one time or another over the years. I have never had an issue with scheduling or appointments. In fact, my daughter developed a rash last week and I was able to schedule an appointment within that same hour! We were given an oral and topical prescription, in case one failed to work, we would already have the other prescription on hand, so that way we didn't have to make another appointment to come back in. Flu shots are considered "nurse visits", therefore you are in and out within 5 minutes. Like I said, this practice is simply amazing!

We waited two weeks for an appt. to see if we wanted our son to become a patient at this practice. Our appt. with Dr. Tabrizi was at 4:30 and we were on time. After waiting a half hour, they said our appt. was at 3:45 and we were late. I knew I'd made the appt. for 4:30, and played the reminder recording they sent to my phone that said 4:30. They said they were really sorry about the confusion and said we'd have to wait another 30 minutes after yet a second patient instead of honoring our time slot. That would have been one hour with a one year old. They didn't offer to get us in next so we told them we were leaving - they couldn't have cared less. This is not a professional practice. My husband left work early and they wasted over an hour of all of our time. Go elsewhere.
