I just bought a Smart Car and I love it. It was a great experience all around and I can't believe how helpful everyone was to make the lease fit in with our financial needs. Cherie and Mark helped me find my exact Smart, with all the extras I wanted and without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service was outstanding. It's a great car with amazing gas mileage and SO CUTE! I recently purchased an E350 from Richard Meagher at Mercedes Benz of Cary. The transition from our old vehicle to our new Mercedes were very smooth, no stress! We felt like a customer, not a commission. We loved the way Mr. Burr worked with us in buying our E350. What impressed us was that he did not use any pressuring, or sales strategy to force a sale. Amazingly, everyone there were professional and friendly. The atmosphere were calm and relaxing.
