I definitely agree with the last comment regarding the staff not being very friendly; and I think that's a reflection on the owners. In honesty, I interacted with Julie (wife of the owner couple) a couple of times and found her to be nice and helpful. Brooks, however, does not give you the feeling that he really cares much besides running the center like a business and making sure that your payments are in on time. He also doesn't come across as being very friendly and all that genuine. My advice is shop around before you decide on this place; I think there are better alternatives in the area.

The staff is slack in general. We are never greeted when we enter nor leave. Our concerns are as worth while to the mgmt. and owners on a level of 1-10 with 10 being the highest as a -1. The teachers/staff are allowed to do what they want, how they want.Most complain to the parents on issues that concern them with the lack of common sense decisions the owners make and for the owners not taking Ownership in being on site to encourage more harmony. Their director is one of the rudest people my wife and I have ever seen with a frown on her face most days. Maternity leave is over and perhaps she would be better off home.Our daughters teacher has a nasty attitude and doesn't mind being confrontational with the parents on most subjects. It is very annoying to most to hear her over bearing loud voice carry throughout this very disorganized preschool.We are so shocked that the owners have "lost it" with losing reality of taking care of it's clients. We think they THINK all is cool.
