- Carolina Legacy offers competitive all-star cheer and hip hop dance for all ages! Beginning Jan 2014 we will start our recreational cheer and tumble program. This program is to help you get ready for school tryouts or just wanting to learn how to cheer and tumble We offer daily tumbling classes from beginners to advance. Let us help you achieve your goals.Open Tumble on Friday nights 6:00pm-8:00pm. Come join us and our tumble coaches for a great evening of tumbling. Established in 2008, Carolina Legacy Cheer & Dance has set out to develop the heart, body, and spirit, while having fun in an encouraging, safe, and energetic environment. We strive to teach sound cheerleading, tumbling, stunting, and hip hop dance skills; keeping each athlete motivated while holding them accountable to reach their optimal potential, individually and as a team.As the legacy continues the entire faculty and coaching staff consider it our privilege to play our role in not only developing college bound student-athlete , but also fostering attributes of good sportsmanship, compassionate leadership, and responsible citizenship.

This gym is geared to girls who know competitive cheer and can easily learn routines. It is poor in instruction and the owner is focused on money collection and competitive wins. Not for beginners or recreational fun. Strict in participation and poor on instruction. Know your commitment level.

My daughter cheers at this gym. We are so pleased with the Coaches and Owner. They are very proffessional, caring,and supportive of the cheerleaders and dancers. This is exactly how a good competitive all-star cheer and dance gym should be ran. What a night and day difference from the gym we came from. Do your research before you chose any other gym. My daughter loves it here as well. They are truly an awesome gym.
