I love Aradia Fitness!!! I started taking classes there 2 months ago, and I cannot believe the improvements in my muscle definition, core strength, and flexibility. In addition to the pole classes, they offer so many other types of classes: yoga, aerial silks, twerking, Zumba, flexibility, etc....
Everyone from the instructors, staff, and fellow classmates are so friendly and supportive. The instructors are well-versed in both technique and safety, and are always there to help you with the moves, and to give pointers on how to execute the moves.
I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, but I will end this review by saying that I recommend Aradia to everyone--Just go. You will be so glad that you did :)
I attended Aradia Fitness for the first time on Friday 8/27 for an aerial silks workshop they offered. The studio was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. Everyone who worked there were VERY friendly and helpful. Although I live over 4 hours away, I will attend this studio again in the future. Two huge thumbs up for Aradia Fitness!
