      Our gas furnace wasn't working. Mr. Kimbell installed it. I called three times on his home number, leaving 3 messages. I also called the emergency number three times. I left our name and home phone number. My furnace is still not working. I haven't heard from Mr. Kimbell after all the messages I left. I won't be calling a 4th or ever. I understand he's busy, but he could at least return my calls.
