I had a terrible experience with Tristen Bailey and Custom Coatings Paving & Hauling. I spent over $21,000 to have my lot chip and sealed with 2 layers. Within weeks grass and weeds started popping up. Less than 2 months later it looks like a grass field. The 2 supposed layers of chip seal are so thin that grass is growing through the entire lot. By the time you know you have a problem they are gone with your money. The warranty Tristen Bailey claims to offer on his work is as good as the poor workmanship. The first review on this company is also by Tristen Bailey. He owns and runs the business.
