Steve came out an hour after I called him as he had told me. He was able to fix my washing machine in less than ten minutes. He even had the part I needed with him! Steve was very nice and I will use him again for sure. I am one who scours the internet for a good repair man, so I feel like he is a keeper. Use him, you will not regret it! His prices are good too. It was $110 to fix and I already knew the part online was almost $60. So I feel his prices are fair!
