I have taken several pieces of equipment to them and was expecting it to be weeks, as other businesses are, to be completed. I received a call in just a few days. Great service. My dad used them for years. Good, fair prices.

So far, the service has been terrible. I ordered parts I needed for my lawnmower and was promised a delivery day. So far, not only have they missed the day by about a week, but no one bothered to call and let me know my parts would not be in the day promised, or the day after that. Poor customer service to not even notify me that parts weren't coming in. They are about 45 minutes from my house, if I had driven out there expecting my parts to be in as promised, I would have been really upset. Next time I will order from Rome Lawn Mower, much nicer and easier to deal with.

Although they readily make delivery date promises, they do not follow through on placing orders or on advising the customer of any problems with the orders.
