Afforable Remodeling And Roofing did my kitchen and painted inside and outside of my house. The quality of the work done was exceptional and flawless. My kitchen is everyones favorite part of the house now. The whole house looks new. Wanted to let everyone else looking for something to be done that these are the guys for you!!!!

We called Affordable Remodeling on a Thursday and left message. Called back Friday morning and left second message. Friday afternoon they finally called back and said they would be out to give us an estimate on a roof repair and on a new roof. They never did show up, so on Tuesday we called back. They said they couldn't even find our info but that possibly it was with the people out giving estimates and that she would check in to it and call us back. The next day we called and left another message because we never did hear from her. Still no call back. We gave up because we decided we didn't want someone working on our house that conducted business that way.

I am very, very happy with Affordable’s work. The whole project went really well. They really paid attention to detail, the head carpenter was great, and they cleaned up every day. If you wanted them to explain something, they took the time to do it. It was just a really good experience, very positive. I would grade them an A+.

I contracted with Affordable to replace my roof & gutters. This included a gutter cover & replacing any damaged plywood or fascia board. After only a couple of years the gutter began to pull away from the house & droop badly. I made three appointments with Affordable. They not only failed to show at the scheduled time but did not even show me the courtesy of calling to cancel. They stopped returning my phone calls. When I finally did get in contact with them they wanted to be paid again for what they failed to do properly the first time. No Way. They also claimed to record a phone conversation without giving notification that it was being recorded. In my opinion they are UNRELIABLE, UNTRUTHFUL & UNPROFESSIONABLE. I expected new gutters to last for many years. I had to pay someone else to do them right. Affordable took my money & wanted nothing else to do with me. BEWARE!!!!

We recently needed our roof done. They gave us a very inexpensive price and came out quick and did a great job. We were very pleased.

My roof was leaking and as soon as I called Affordable Remodeling & Roofing, someone was out to my home taking care of the issue. My roof hasn't leaked since. The guys on the crew were very sweet and were able to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend Affordable Remodeling and Roofing to everyone.
