I have been going to Katrina for over 20 years. I have multiple eye problems, including a rare eye disease. I have tried others but come back to Katrina. She is very professional and her prescriptions are right on. She deserves 5 stars. However, I suggest you get your eye glasses elsewhere. The lady in the office that handles the ordering of glasses has trouble accurately charging and billing. Also, there is a limited selection to choose from. Basically, nearly all the frames are the same "glass size" with variations in frames. Also, I have had to return glasses multiple times because the prescription of the glasses were not correct.

I have been going to Dr. Van Patten for over five years. She the most knowledgeable optometrist I have been to. She answered al my questions and help me decide the best way to go to insure I got the most out of my glasses. The office staff are friendly and make picking out frames enjoyable. I have never had trouble with billing or being over charged. I absolutley love Dr. Van Pattens office!! Highly recommended!

Dr. Van Patten is by far the best eye care provider I have ever gone to, she is knowledgable and exprienced. The staff is helpful and friendly, I have never been over charged or had problems getting my money back from my insurance company. I have been a patient of Dr. Van Patten for six years now and absolutely love her! Highly recommened!!!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Van Patten for over 20 years now, and we love her! The office staff is always very pleasant and courteous, and they really work hard to fit you in for an appointment. Even thought its necessary to make an appointment quite a while in advance (about 3 months), they are always willing to put me on a waiting list to let me know if there's a cancellation. Also, Dr. Van Patten is fantastic! She is very professional, but she doesn't make me feel ill-at-ease. She is always ready to answer questions and help me understand what she is doing and why.

I used to have really good experiences here. The office people leave a lot to be desired. I would go elsewhere for glasses and contacts. They charge a lot and the lady in the office never gets your totals right. They then always call and say you owe more. I was overcharged multiple times and had to fight to get the money back. It took months.

Highly recommend - always very personable, staff is great, and I have never had a bad experience with her office. Always willing to work with me. I have been seeing Dr. Van Patten for about 10 years.
