Dr. Vacca's interests include treatment of cerebral aneurysms, brain tumors and spine surgery. He is the only area neurosurgeon who does motor mapping, a procedure done during brain tumor surgery to ensure the most accurate tumor resection while minimizing risk of paralysis.
