Peggy's is the BEST of the BEST grooming shops in Carson City!! I have been going to Peggy's for thirteen years this year. She is totally professional and treats every dog as though it is her own. I have been present on more than one occasion when a nervous " mommy" has brought in her precious "baby" for the first time. Peggy listens!. When finished, both "mommy" and "baby" go home happy, calm, and "beautiful/handsome!" I have had some terrible experiences with Groomers,e.g.., inexperienced, rough, using tools that are blunt and leave scrape marks on the dogs' faces and bodies, toenails cut until they bleed, not to mention not groomed appropriately. Peggy is well versed in grooming all breeds, large and small. My Poodle and Lhasa Apso both loved Peggy, until they passed away at 16 and 15 yrs. old. My adopted Westie is 2 yrs old. and not the most cooperative "baby" to groom. Peggy manages him beautifully, don't ask me how! I recommend, Peggy's Dawg Shop to everyone I know.
