I was wary, because no one else had written a review, but I asked them to come out anyway and they did a great job. They were the ONLY place I had called that would be willing come out on a saturday. Also, they called before the driver left the shop to let me know he was on the way. They had scheduled to call me between 10am and 11am, I was glad to get a call at 10.15am... The guy came out told us the price straight upfront, and when they charged for the labor (which was 2 and a half hours, probably for the driving involved too) and the windshield they still beat Safelite by 10 dollars and Safelite would only come to Silver Springs (where I live) on weekdays, so this was the better deal. My only complaint is its about an hour trip from Carson City to my house and he didnt arrive for an hour and a half. But he told us when to take the tape off and tried his best to save my dads permit for his windshield (its a sticker to get on the naval base in Fallon). He truly was a great windshield replacer. Lastly, he quoted me 45 minutes, and was done in 40... Safelite, on the other hand, they wanted to take an hour and a half to two hours, if I ever need another windshield replaced, they will have my business.
