We have used Ed as our plumber since Jimmy The Plumber; (who built our house plumbing system) retired and recommended him over about 15 years ago. Ed is efficient and hard working. He gives us outstanding service at a fair price, which is great for those on fixed incomes -- No puffery or Bravo Sierra here! He provided us with a commercial grade when ours broke in January of 2011, which is really excellent for a private home! This latest incident, I called yesterday at ~9:00am; his return call was w/i 15 minutes and he came over at ~1:00pm. We found that we will have to disassemble the toilet to find out whatever went down the toilet and will resolve the issue today. I have always recommended Ed as my go to guy for any plumbing services. I will report on the followup to the latest problem we are having.
