TLDR: I Got Karen'd. She called the police on me.
Old white lady super rude to me in store. I ask her why she's being rude to me. She says, "I'M BEING RUDE BECAUSE YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE MECHANICS OF A BIKE!" Wow, really? I leave because I no longer want their service. Pack up my bike in my car. Owner(old white male) comes outside and threatens to "Lay me out". I put my hands up to defend myself, Karen(old white lady) calls the police and says that i'm on drugs. LOL
This place is a joke. Seriously the worst shop i've ever been to. Not just a bike shop. Literally the worst business i've ever been to. I have never been so rudely talked down to.
