I get excellent service from this dealer. They are very good about keeping you informed of the repairs that are needed and what you may want to get serviced in the near future. The service personnel are all helpful, polite and genuinely concerned about your vehicle. Christina Martinez is great to work with! Keep up the great service!
Cuando mi auto Nissan Sentra dejo de funcionar llame a otros Dealers como en Lax, sin embargo solo me dejaron en espera, y decid hablar a Carson Nissan y me atendi Carlos Gaspar quien profesionalmente resolvi mis dudas y me oriento, adems me ayudo a que recibieran mi auto y lo diagnosticaran rpidamente, mi auto fue reparado de inmediato menos del tiempo que yo esperaba y gracias a Nissan no pague nada porque me dieron una extensin de grantia. me gusto mucho visitar este Dealer todos son amables en el rea de partes en la caja, los vendedores, as como la sala de espera fabuloso con bebidas y snacs gratis. por supuesto que pienso regresar para comprar un auto nuevo en este Dealer Nissan. It was awesome dealing with Carson Nissan again, they have excellent service advisers and excellent mechanics. Christina Martinez was awesome, she made me feel like a valuable customer. Jeff Morgan was awesome too. Keep up the good work Carson Nissan, you're great :-)
I recently had my 6-month 'new' Juke serviced at Carson Nissan, where I purchased my car. I had checked out many dealerships before buying my Juke and can honestly testify that my experience at Carson Nissan was the best. I made my appt. with Christina Martinez, who had given me such excellent customer service in August...she is the best! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and attended to my every request. After having my car serviced for a Recall Notice, oil change, check of all vehicle parts, tires, etc., Christina asked Fernando, a Sales Rep., to sit with me and go over all the 'bells & whistles' that the Juke has...this was done at my request as I did not know how to use many of the options. Fernando was very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Christina as the go-to person in the Service Dept. at Carson Nissan. I live 50 mi. away, but am so glad I bought my car at Carson Nissan! Thank you! Sandra Y.
Even though I have moved out of the area, I still don't mind driving 40 minutes to an hour (depending on traffic) down to Carson Nissan, because I know that I am going to get excellent customer service. I took my 2012 Rogue in for Service at Carson Nissan. Larry Russell assisted me. He was great! During my wait, I walked around to see the 2015 models . Unexpectedly, I ended up purchasing a 2015 Rogue. It was not my plan to purchase a vehicle on 9/20/14, but the deal was too good to pass up. Ethaniel Baxter assisted with picking out the color & checking out the new 'bells and whistles". He was very hands-on & patient with me. I appreciated that because I come from an automotive background--working at AHM for 13 years; so I appreciated the fact that EZ was not pushy. Larry kindly refunded the $$$ for the Oil Change & batteries belonging to the 2012. Lisa Melkonian assisted me with the financing. I worked with Lisa when I purchased my 2012 Rogue, so I knew I was good hands.
Christina Martinez did a wonderful job. Very courteous and friendly. Definitely will be coming back to this dealership. Thank you.

As soon as I walked into Carson Nissan I was extremely impressed. Jeffery Nelson was one of the most professional, kind, hard-working, and helpful man I have ever met in any professional business. He went above and beyond any service member I have met with Nissan. (I have been to multiple nissan dealerships all over the country.) I was also impressed with not only the Jeffery Nelson but the whole establishment!! If my husband and I are ever in town and need service on my Altima, my first choice will always be Carson Nissan!
