BAD!! I had ordered a soap dish and shelf, from Fabulous Floors at double the price Home Depot Charges, to get them within 3 days. Wasn't told by FF that American Tile sales retail. I get over to American to pick up my merchandise and the shelf was scratched in several places and the soap dish was chiped on the corner back that installs back behind the tile. None the less, I had to pay double what I would have paid at Home Depot or Lowes. They offered me the shelf at half price. I told them ok because we have tile layers coming to do the job this week-end (it is now Fri. afternoon). The only thing is now I have to go to FFloors to get the half off. They haven't even been in on this conversation mind you. I am astounding by the way these companies conduct their business. Naturally when I bought the merchandise from FF they told me it was non refundable. No doubt they have a racket going. So now I pay for the tile layers to come out twice + 2 trips to American to pick them up
