Today, I asked Loan for blonde highlights as always but with just a few strawberry blonde highlights mixed in. I showed her a picture so she would understand the look I was going for.

I ended up with tons of ORANGE/RED thick highlights all throughout my hair!! It looks sooo bad! I told her it was not what I asked her to do and asked her if it could be fixed. Not only did she not fix my hair, she charged me full price for my visit even though she messed up my hair. She even laughed at me and said "You look depressed". DEPRESSED?! Try EMBARASSED to show my face in public!!

I'm shocked that after being a loyal customer for over a year that this is how I was treated.

I will never go there again and would suggest everyone to stay far away from this place!

I love this place and so my baby does he is been coming here since his first haircut and Mommy always love the work they do on him. Everyone it's very caring and my hair looks extremely healthy since they start working on it! I'll totally recommend this place!

Young lady who waxed my granddaughter couldn't follow instructions .. either she didn't understand or didn't care. Terrible wax job and took forever. Left dirty wax cloths under her leg. I don't think she had been waxing long or she wasn't trained properly. Have never used hair services would avoid waxing services!

Worst haircut EVER!! My cute pixie haircut .... NOT. Man-ish helmit cut with no texture. Not feminine one bit.

Its odd for a guy to say this but really like my modern look!!

My stylist was Loan and she was amazing! She was very sweet and friendly and did an excellent job cutting and highlighting my hair (I have medium brown hair and got blonde highlights). She even talked me into getting my eyebrows waxed and WOW, they look great! The salon was clean and well set up. Trust me, you will love this place!

Has a bad day at work , but this salon is really spoiled me and saved my life . I just work in from Kroger and ( loanna ) I don't know I spell right :) welcomes me with big smile , what can I do for you today ? I said whatever , just make me look better .Sure she reply . From there I have a whole new look with my short ( Victoria Peckham cut she said ) and highlight blone in deep brown base .Love it Luv it . Oh not just the look , she services me with a glass of red wine , and her lovely listining .

I am a former Toni & Guy client, in fact I went to the same stylist for years. I was looking for a new style and was recommended to Dynamix Salon. I couldnt be happier I found this salon. Not only did I update my look with a new cut, color & highlight- I did so for a very reasonable price. I would have paid probably three times the cost at my old salon for the same services. And did I mention how many complements I have gotten? I love my hair now! I, as well as other family members have seen Tina and other stylists here. I have been going to Dynamix Hair Salon since the opened. They do a good job cutting my hair and always get me in and out of the salon in a reasonable time.
