0They were the best Cajun food in the area. Unfortunately, the last two times I've gone there the gumbo was getting thinner. It used to be thick from beginning to end, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. As with any business, as they get bigger, the quality seems to be the first thing to suffer.
