American Indoor is a company that regularly deceives its customers. If you are a Coach -- I recommend you DO NOT engage in any business with this company or use its facilities. My first hand experience with this company is the following: On Feb. 2nd , I asked about renting their big field and was told the price was $110 for the whole field and $60 for the half. I requested the half field and prepaid $180 for three practices. On Feb. 8th, I attempted to reconfirm my reservation and they had completely lost any record of it. The person at the front desk remembered my initial reservation and reinstated it for half of the big field -- or so I thought. On Feb 9th, my team showed up for practice and our professional Skills Coach and I were about to start practice when we were told that we need to move to the small practice field. This field is inferior to what we pre-paid. It has no goals and is less then half the size of what I pre-paid. These guys are crooks.
