Paid 35 dollars to join in January - cancelled w/in 5 days as place is small, crowded, no seperate room for women to work out, swimming pool is the size of ours in the backyard, staff is unprofessional, and the workout towels were dirty. February came and went but, in March 35.00 dollars was taken out of my acct. I called and spoke with the girl who handles the accounts. She said that i had visited the gym twice after I had cancelled. I told her that was incorrect. In fact I had never even worked out there - once. The only day I was in that facility was the day I joined. All of a sudden, out of the blue, she starts raising her voice and became very nasty. She said, "You know what, I don't even want to deal with you so I'm gonna refund you your 35 dollars". And I thought to myself, uh, yeah - you took it out of my acct 2 months after I had cancelled the membership. Sounds like someone needs to go to the spa or the psychiatrist.
