Great people!!! Everyone was up front and very respectful. This is my second purchase from Scott Evans Nissan, cant wait for my third! Good job guys, LOVE MY NEW ALTIMA!

they really need to be more prompt about calling people back when they say that they are, when they don't call that makes you feel like they don't really want you business. They make you feel as if you are not an important customer because you are not on the lot. I know that you have to take care of the people that are in your face or on the lot, but don't forget about the people that called in on the phone that you said that you were going to call back. When they do things such as this it makes other customers and I want to take our business else where. Even though I am not there in person, please make me feel like i am just as important as that customer on the lot. the money looks the same. I know that this is a long comment, however this is what's on my mind and i feel like they need to know this. I hope everything that i have said will change the way that they do business and treat over the phone customers. I will give them one more chance if they fell I will go else where.
