If zero stars was an option that would be my choice. I am a high school runner at CHS and during a summer practice while the team and I were running I placed my phone on an orange traffic cone. While we were running one of the men mowing they hit the cone and then ran over my phone that was also carrying my debit card and he did not find it necessary to tell me or any of the team that he ran over the phone he simply put the phone on the curb and continued mowing. After looking for twenty minutes the team fond the phone on a curb far from where the cone and phone were sitting originally. I then called the organization and they told me that the man did run over it but he said that, "the phone was on the ground twenty feet from the cone" which is simply a lie and does cover up the fact that the man mowing continued to mow without informing the team or me about the completely ruined phone. I am now having to pay for a new phone and Pro-cuts is acting like none of this ever happened. I would not use Pro-cuts because they seem to be not honest and their costumer service is not up to par.
