Mt. Zion Elementary School provides education to students in prekindergarten through fifth grade. The school offers classes in English, mathematics, science, social studies, reading, writing, drawing, painting and music. Its media center houses more than 17,000 books, videos and recorded books, and offer more than 7,130 Accelerated Reader tests for students. The school offers food services and its lunch menu includes muffins, baked fries, pear salads, yogurt sticks, chicken nuggets, creamed potatoes, French toast sticks, chicken sandwiches and tossed salads. Mt. Zion Elementary School s parent-teacher organization organizes several guidance programs and fundraising activities for parents, teachers and students. The school is located in Mt. Zion, Ga.
