My neighbor's recommended it on a post for our neighborhood. They looked decent enough when I went to their page. I went from getting natural looking high and low lights to 2006 chunky Kelly Clarkson hair strips. The front piece was the thickest and off center. When I pulled my hair back I looked like a raccoon. The highlights didn't even fill all of my roots in. I had to go to a second salon the next day with a hat on to get it fixed. I paid twice for my hair. I messaged the salon on FB saying I'm having an issue and they did nothing about it. So it's time to start leaving reviews.
