John Tanner State Park IE Tanner's Beach is an awesome and fun place to spend your summer. I love it there and it is so reasonable. You have beach swimming in the lake and paddle boating in the lake with a mini golf course. Everything is very reasonable. They have a small playground area and the fees are nominal. You just can't beat it to take your kids for an outing all summer long. They sell seasonal passes or you can just go by the day. It is 5.00 a car load. The beach and the playgroung are free. Paddle boating and golfing have a minimal charge to it and you can fish too I think. There are walking trails too I think. But the best deal is to buy the pass to the park all yr. Come out and enjoy John Tanner State Park.
