I had the pleasure to work with Creative Pools and Spas and enjoyed every minute of it. I never knew the precision required in building a pool. Mr. Hobbs is truly a people person that strives to satisfy every customer...even the honoree ones. ;-) Each pool was given the attention required to make the customer happy with their investment. We knew no one but JR Hobbs would put in our pool from seeing the work he did when he built my sister's pool. My biggest fear in putting in a pool was knowing how to take care of it, JR has been there for us the whole time learning this. I would definitely recommend JR Hobbs if you are wanting to have a pool built .
There is more to buying a pool than just picking what you want, and J. R. Hobbs is the perfect person to build a true customer relationship with. He does not try to just sell you what you don't need, he will explain the entire process to you, and even tell you when the big talk about a particular device or part is worth the money or just extra expense. Mr. Hobbs finished on time, was very professional, did not just sell but made the time to really explain what we needed to know, and continues to be there whenever I have a question. If you are considering installing a pool, I would not waste your time with all the other places because with Creative Pools, you will already be getting the best price and the best product without having to second guess the honesty and integrity of the person you are trusting with such a significant project. From budget pools to the most complicated projects, J. R. Hobbs will come through unlike anyone else.
We love our pool, Mr. Hobbs made the entire process easy, and the price was much better than any other company. However that's only the beginning. He has continued to provide us with service, and is always available to answer any questions and assist with any issues that arise after the sale. Friendly, professional, no bones, no frills just an honest price without all the fancy salemanship that you get from the other pool companies in the Carrollton area. If you want a pool you can afford and service that follows the sale, here is your choice.
Creative Pools is not a glitzy showroom type of place, but James Hobbs brings a talent in designing, and skill in building, pools that is beyond expectations. He was a joy to work with and added value and enjoyment to our home. He actually visited our future home before we purchased it and created a slide show of what a future pool would look like if we went through with the house purchase...which we did! Service after the sale is also quick and attentive. You'll be pleased with Creatve Pools.
