      Hi there! I’m Ann Slater-Slechta, the owner and founder of Slate Wealth Management in Carroll, Iowa. As a Certified Retirement Income Professional, I have been helping clients pursue their retirement and financial planning goals for nearly 13 years. With my own life experiences in business, coaching and playing collegiate golf, and assisting my husband in managing the family farm, I am equipped to support my clients in their daily challenges. I am an advocate for education and coaching women on the role of family finance, assisting business owners in building a profitable business and helping farmers protect their most valuable assets.
