i would recommend using this agency for any type of travel. They find the best prices and are very helpful with answering questions and making my vacations wonderful. We had problems with a flight delay and Amy took care of getting us rebooked - this was even on a Sunday.

I thought we were going with a smart decision to go with a local travel agency. This travel agency was horrible. They didn't help us book anything and when we called with questions we got the run around. Our luggage tags were sent to another family, nothing we asked about was ever answered, I ended up calling the cruise line myself and getting answers When I called the agency she blamed everyone ,including my husband, the cruise line, another family, another girl in the office, her health, time of year, being busy!!! I was beyond disappointed with the Travel agency and would NOT recommend it to anyone. On another note after calling and talking to the agency NEVER once did she say" I understand you don't feel taken care of but what can I do to correct this!!!" Little customer service goes along way
