Had a leaky hose bib on the side of my house. While unscrewing the bib, it and a 12 section of pipe came out. Water was gushing inside the interior walls. I called AHS immediately. The Medford plumber they contacted had already left my area (Grants Pass) for the day, and could not return until the next day. AHS quickly put me in contact with Grants Pass Plumbing, who arrived around 6 pm. He assessed the situation and reconnected the 12 pipe and faulty hose bib. He could not replace the bad bib because his only replacement bib was damaged from the factory. Jim returned the next day with a brand new hose bib and professionally replaced it. Grants Pass Plumbing turned out to be a fantastic solution to my issue. GP Plumbing is truly asset and vendor to AHS.

The entire process from making the call, booking the appointment time to review the problem and the repair procedure was very smooth. I have also been extremely happy with the companies that perform the repairs, they are very knowledgable and efficient.

I was amazed at the turn around time. WHile I know it was by luck, the contractor showed up at my door in just over 30 minutes from my placing the service call. He took care of my request very quickly and was pleasant to work with and talk to.

My last home repair request was resolved. The contractor had to make several visits to ensure the repair was done correctly. He was thorough and found another problem of which I wasn't aware. I would highly recommend them.

We had a plumber come in to repair our leaking hot water tank. He tightened the connections of the water feed and solved the issue. While I do not think it was worth the $100 deductible, he fixed the issue and the tank has not leaked since. AHS, as always, responded quickly and professionally.
