Great Service, Very Polite, friendly and very professional!

My grass is looking pretty good. We started very strong but during the part of hot/dry months my weeds went nuts and areas started to die. I did water and if did not matter in had front. In the back yard I did not water but if still looked pretty good. TruGreen did come out and aerated and seeded a couple times and the grass is looking a bit better. Still have 2 more services and I am hoping my grass looks the best in the spring. My neighbor across from me and has TruGreen also. Today, 10/15 they had a service. I am happy with TruGreen, I am retired, I am planning to sign up for next year. Let's work together and get more customers for you in this area.

Last survey, I had some concerns. True greens response was outstanding. Within 3-4 days Sean was on my door step, and was truly ready to address every issue, I also received quite a education, of which I highly value. He proceeded to work on the issues himself. On top of that, true green scheduled a free application. I also have already been spreading the word. Thank you TruGreen outstanding!

Weeds and insects and had to be treated. I know it was a tough summer but 85% if the front grass looks great. I did water! Also told that my mower was cutting to low. The neighbors across from us also use TruGreen and same cutter ( he does 5 of us) and they look pretty good. I was not here when the past 4 applications were made , working. I hope my grass comes back with the reseeding and other applications.

I think my service was better. You did get rid of creeping Charlie and a few other weeds.

Trugreen changed my life. I had just retired and moved here from Chicago and thought I had made the biggest mistake ever. i couldn't sit outside, I couldn't garden. I wondered what was the benefit of moving here if I couldn't enjoy the outside and then I discovered TruGreen, one application and I haven't seen a single mosquito since. Life is Good

I called about my billing last Thursday around 11:00 am and I was told not late fee would be assessed. So, when I called back by pushing the call back on my phone, this gal answered and helped and was amazing and should get a raise and she made my day and I would want her to handle any challenge for me. Oh and most times my lawn looks great . Have a great day and be blessed.

Their communication is great and my lawn looks fabulous this year. I am sure it will but we will see if it continues through out the year. Right now I am very happy with True Green.

I have had a good experience with Trugreen for many years.

Our first experience with TrueGreen was was excellent. On the day of our initial scheduled application, it was dumping rain and I was concerned that they were just going to put down the application regardless of the weather just to stay on their schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when they rescheduled it for a better day.
