This is the best new business in Carol Stream. I utilize Soto's for their fitness classes. She has a wonderful gift for knowing what level every person is at and how far to push them. It is changing my life.

Mikaila Soto has shown me the way to a healthier, happier me. Soto designed a fantastic exercise program that was challenging and fun. I'm a 45 year old mother of 3 and have always tried to stay fit with my various gym memberships. However I never achieved any substantial results or consistency.
