The process is commonly known as either slabjacking or mudjacking and is a cost-effective alternative to replacing sunken concrete. Our concrete leveling services can be used nearly anywhere concrete has begun to sink, including concrete: Driveways, Patios, Sidewalks, Walkways, Factory and office floors, Streets, Stoops, Pool decks, and Garage Floors. When we arrive, our team drills holes into existing concrete surfaces. Flow able cement grout is pushed beneath the concrete using hydraulic force to slowly return sunken concrete to its correct height. The holes are then patched and the area can be used again safely. We recently completed a project which required re-leveling some concrete slabs. Based on some word-of-mouth recommendations from other contractors, we subcontracted the slab leveling to Raise-Rite. We received everything that we could ask for. Professionals that arrived when they said they would, performed all tasks in a workman-like manner, and left the site neat and orderly.
