Did a great job of repairing my laptop, and with in the time frame that they provided.

I was not happy at all, you can end up paying a lot of money for a computer that is not repairable and there is no refunds, also make sure to read the fine print before you drop off your computer they can send your computer to have it recycled after a certain number of days that it is in the shop it doesn't matter if they are fixing it or that you have contacted them to pick it up. The workers do not communicate well with each other and you will always get a different answer depending on the person. I do not recommend at all! Go through geek squad or an individual that repairs.

They do a wonderful job. They really seem to go the extra mile and they are very personable.
