Absolute Building Maintenance is a division of Markey Maintenance Services, which is a family-owned building services contracting company. It provides facilities maintenance services through Educlean Services and Medi+CLEAN Environmental Housekeeping divisions. The organization has a staff of more than 240 individuals. Markey Maintenance Services, also known as MMSI, serves banks, educational facilities, arenas, industrial units, industrial plants and manufacturing complexes. Founded in 1975, its clients include NextMedia, St. Elizabeth Area Catholic School and the YMCA of Saginaw. The organization also provides window and upholstery cleaning, painting, consulting and emergency services. Markey Maintenance Services has vehicle tracking and computerized timekeeping systems.
