I do not recommend this community. They told me I was getting a remodeled apartment with no but problems. I moved in and the carpets although new, were so cheap they looked trampled on after two weeks of walking on them, the walls were painted but with multiple holes from nails they didn't even putty in. the floor tiles new but gaps all throughout between every tile and just glued on top of the old tile so sliding. The tubs clog easily, the closet doors that are aliders came off track every time you opened them even carefully. The neighbors you could hear easily through the non-insulated walls. My utility bills were so high, even keeping things off because of old wiring. The working AC they told me they had, did not work and I had to place several calls before they would come out and I found out over half the complex didn't have a working one. Within the first two nights, I noticed roaches crawling from the vents and it took calling once every two weeks and a call to the health board before they started treating for them after eight months of those constant calls. They refused to let me break my lease when my baby was getting sick from the diseased roaches and when my lease was finally up and I could leave, they charged me for things that weren't even my damages or even damaged at all. They refuse to call the owner or let the owner know the concerns there. It was so awful. And every neighbor I spoke to said they only live there bc it's what is available in that area if you can't afford to buy a house. Even the health board was disgusted by their non-treatment of pests and had to put the law in their face to get them to do it. Just awful.

They have a new property manager who has a nasty smart mouth and don't have respect the good tenants or the good workers and is forcing ppl to move from her smart mouth and even tells them to move out when she is disrespectful to them well without no tenants she will be out of a job and in this lifetime you can't be talking to ppl any kind of way and u can't run a place like that either so its like 7 of us about to leave thank to her! Beware stay away
