I was very doubtful I could get the amount of life insurance I wanted for price we could afford but they came through as promised!

The agent was very helpful. Asked good questions. Gave me options for price, medical exam (or no) and coverage amounts. Follow through was good through the whole process to the point my coverage was in force. Let's face it, buying life insurance unearths some uncomfortable topics, but the folks were very professional, and got me a policy that was right for my needs.

Wonderful experience with Ty. He was quick to reply to my inquiry, and all my messages. You can tell that he actually cared about you, and wanted to help you out. Other agents I previously talked to were not this friendly.

It was great walk through process. Agent is very well experienced and explained each step. It was very informative as well. I like the transparency and easy understanding process. I will recommend to my friends and family for sure.

Premiums were reasonable for a person my age. Joel Clark and the others made the process very simple. Replaced an existing policy with my local agent . Got a 15 year instead of 10 and saved $80 a month over the local 10 year rate for the same face value term policy.

The representative we talked to was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job at finding the policy and coverage we were looking for. I am now saving $120/mth (yes $1440/yr) and have more coverage than I did for years through my employer's!

The process of getting life insurance was tedious, repetitive and time consuming. This was all made easier by having the folks at DLS guide me through it. They were responsive and proactive. There were several examples of them making an effort to advocate for me and showed me what companies were cheapest. They do what Zander Insurance wouldn't do.

She would try her very best to answer my every question or concern; I felt valued and appreciated on each telephone encounter. Hopefully, her efforts can be recognized in a commendable manner. The staff made the experience amazing. I knew with my age a few challenges may pop up although their expertise and knowledge of the business available made the process uneventful and successful. No stress, had great conversations that were productive and drove the process to an agreeable conclusion. I’ve very satisfied with the outcome.

My representative was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable with my choice of plan and company. A few recommendations were made which was a nice touch. I was a bit frustrated with the availability of a medical examiner. It was my understanding that there is only one in my area and she was only available on Saturday. She did great though once we got together and got it all wrapped up.

Bob was amazing to work with, and extremely patient with me. It took me about 6 months to fill out the applicaiton for my daughter with type 1 diabetes, but he messaged me every 30 days to nudge me. He found me a good priced whole life policy for my child, which has been on my do do list for about 3 years now.

Really helped getting me my new insurance. They were a good go between and even lead in getting me to a company that gave me a good rate because of a few medical conditions. They seemed to know that this company I ended up going with had favorable rates over the others for 1 condition I had. Id probably not have known that and not gotten quite as good a deal.. plus they educated me on my "term" insurance and how fixed term was better than what I had... which was the type that goes up in price every few years as you get older...this ones same price the entire length of the 20 year contract.
