Established in 1951 by Milton "Josh" Fineberg, Fineberg Group began as single and multi-family residential builders in the greater Indianapolis area, responsible for the construction of over 3, 000 residential units and numerous apartment and subdivision complexes. In the mid 60's, Fineberg Group began developing and managing commercial retail and office properties, focusing in Carmel and the greater Indianapolis area markets.Josh's son, Mark, joined the company in 1974 and brought with him a fresh approach for continuing the growth and reputation of the company. Together, Mark and Josh developed several residential and commercial projects. Mark became president of the company in 1988 and dedicated himself to continuing the success of the company his father founded.In 2003, Mark's son David joined the company, bringing legal experience and a renewed commitment to growth and management of the company. In 2005, Mark's youngest son Brian joined the family business as well.With over 50 years of experience in the real estate industry and three generations of family working together, Fineberg Group is committed to remaining a family-owned and operated management company as it grows in the future.
