We went so many places at Carmel for Apartment hunting. Old Meridian is one of a kind woth great floor plans, shopping area just a next door! The management is super cool!! Our Assistant was very helpful and simpathic.

This complex has THE WORST public relation skills. I moved into a townhouse in mud July and within the first day had leaks in the bathroom and kitchen. I called multiple times yet the problem never got fixed. After a month of the constant leaking (I had 5 buckets thought the house catching water) they FINALLY decide they know how to fix it but had to cut chunks out of my ceiling and my bedroom wall to do so. I had a washer that didn't work and it took them several weeks to replace. It has taken them over 2 weeks to come change a lightbulb. I have a dryer that smells like it will burn the house down, but they don't seem to care. After multiple calls for the same problems, they tell me whoever I talked to didn't create work orders. I'm over their laziness and BS. I previously lived here years ago under a different property manager and never had problems. Obviously the problems start with the new manager. You've been warned, STAY AWAY.
