I live in the Santa Cruz County area and I was commuting to San Jose when my transmission failed and left me stranded on the top of the summit on HWY 17. I was shocked at how fast the technician got to me and he was very professional. They were able to figure out the problem with my car and come to find out it was a transmission shifter module.
