Sean is fantastic. Professional, friendly and puts an amazing edge on the knives. Had him sharpen an assortment of my Japanese knives and 2 of my sister's German knives. All of them came back with a beautifully sharp and properly angled edge for each knife.



His pickup/delivery service is great. Can't recommend Sean enough. He's my knife guy now.

I went to Carmel Farmer's Market Thursday at the Sunset Center with about 15 knives and a pair of scissors to get them sharpened by Sean Joseph, who owns and operates Blade Tech Mobile Sharpening Service. He was right there, set up and ready to go.

All of my knives and scissors were about $60.00 to get sharpened and they are now sharper than they were when I bought them. The scissors are perfect. He is at the Sunset Center every Thursday mornings and he's in Pacific Grove at their Farmer's market on Monday afternoons. but, as his name says, it is a mobile service. Call him and he will come to you. I am sure there is a surcharge for that (or should be!). I highly recommend this service.
