Terrible experience!!!! Charged us nearly $3000 more than the estimate. Office staff, especially Gemma was rude, deceitful and blatantly lied with regard to price and what was included in estimate. For an initial estimate of $8,000 she promised full pack and unpack. In actuality it cost us over $11,000 without full unpacking. She promised my disabled wife "that she wouldn't have to lift a finger" for the initial estimate of $8000. Good luck trying to speak to anyone there to discuss anything. The owner refused to speak to us, customer service did not return calls and Gemma hung up on us when we called her out on one of her many empty promises.
Better off getting a pack rat or PODS and moving yourself!!! Interesting that all of the positive reviews are posted a day apart from each other like clockwork and use such effusive narratives that sound like poorly written infomercials. Must have a whole department to write these BS reviews.

I often hear people complaining about movers often demanding extra unforeseen costs and the men asking for tips. But in my experience, when I hired Delta relocation to move my things, they didn't charge me anything extra despite finding out that they had more furniture to carry and load than they had anticipated. They really put their heads down and worked! I suppose the work ethic in this company is just great. It is needless to say that they were absolutely fantastic at their job!

I have moved a lot in my lifetime but never have I come across movers who are so competent at their jobs. Delta relocation was hired by me simply because of a recommendation from a friend. But they really came through. Every man they sent was very skilled and well prepared. They packed up my belongings very carefully. They loaded them into the vans with great caution. I was very happy about their helpfulness and sincerity. I will definitely hire them again.

Look, I don't have the time or the will to move on my own. So, when I had to move, I hired delta relocation to move my items. It’s always easier to hire a potent company to the job than trying to do it on your own. They really saved me so much stress and money. Their quote was very fair and the men were all very well trained. Nothing was overlooked by them and all my belongings were packed, loaded, transported and delivered efficiently. I have to give it to these guys. They performed amazingly. No detail was spared by the four movers. All four men were so strong and I felt like I could never tell them how to do the job because they would dismiss me. However, these guys were so experienced and well trained that I didn’t really need to tell them anything. They packed everything with great care and loaded them onto the trucks. There were absolutely no issues that required me to communicate with them. It was just a fantastic move.

I am glad that delta relocation served us a lot better than what we were looking for. I was so impressed noticing them using the best quality packing materials and taking great care of our belongings. They also saved me few bucks by providing free boxes and by giving some useful tips. Pickup was little late but they made up for that by delivering everything within the allotted time. I personally checked the inventory for damages but didn’t find any!!

This company is not a big mouth. They did everything which they were committed to do. I think their efficiency actually saved me money in the end. The delivery was very smooth. The men unpacked everything and put the boxes where they belonged. The final bill was very close to the initial estimate and they didn’t charge me extra for the packing materials.

The movers from Delta relocation didn’t seem to care much about the broken elevator. They were still polite to me after I changed the moving date. And the movers had to use the stairways in both the ends which was a daunting task. But these guys surprised me in every possible ways. They managed to complete the entire move including packing within the allotted time and also made sure nothing was damaged or broken. They even took care of the floors and walls in both the ends. These guys proved that there are still perfectionists remained in the business.

I received all my belongings is great shape, paid them just $15 more than the estimate and did not have to wait more than the allotted time for the delivery. In short, this company did a lot more than what I was looking for.

Being fresh out of law school, "f a n c y" moving companies were out of my reach. But this company really gave me the royal treatment. They arrived right on time and packed my stuffs with absolute precision. Surprisingly, except for a mirror, everything traveled remarkably well. I have to give credits to these guys. Most moving companies charge such high hourly rates that it’s scary to even think of hiring them. But we were moving across the country and we just had to hire someone to do the job properly. Delta relocation gave me a very reasonable quote for the distance that had to be covered. To be honest, I was quite surprised by the quote they gave me. But their men were all very professional and extremely efficient. They packed up everything creatively and carried all my furniture to the vans with ease.
