Worst service, asked for help asking for a part, suggested the wrong thing and they told us it would be ready at a certain day wasn't ready they hadn't even ordered it so I waited more days took it home wrong thing couldn't get a refund because they couldn't put it back in my card, tried to get me to buy other stuff that I didn't need / want (for in store credit) took me 2 weeks and hours of Waiting in the store because they didnt have the cash to refund me $400, it's a business you would think they would have that or have told me before hand the refund procedures

Alan's is listed as an Authorized Diablosport dealer. They quoted me $467.00 for part #U7137, which they would have to order. I can order it myself directly from Diablosport for $375.00 (msrp) or from other online retailers for $299.00-$350.00.



Why on earth would I pay almost $100.00 over MSRP for something that I would probably get quicker if I ordered it myself.
