Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had in business. I entrusted my small business' 401K and Profit Sharing Plan to this company. They transferred our account into the wrong type of TD Ameritrade account, because they were unaware of the change in investment laws, then, while the market reached 5 year highs, our funds sat in a forfeiture account for nearly 7 weeks.



When beginning the relationship, the owner of Anchor Bay came and met with us several times. During the ensuing 7 week debacle, I did not hear from him once to discuss what was going on, and to assist us with a strategy to get back in the market, which I had repeatedly asked for.



When we finally spoke, he was rude and abusive (while on a speakerphone with my children in the car.) While he admitted that he was embarrassed at the turn of events, his response was "well, you're in the market now, so it's all just fine." Of course, we ended up selling low and buying back in high, and again, he made no attempt to offer up a strategy to mitigate some of the losses we had experienced by his company's ineptitude.



He then announced that he managed portfolios of millions of dollars and that he didn't have to take this s&*% from a small portfolio of $270,000 and hung up on me.
