Very poor customer service. Called about a vehicle on his lot , told me that somebody had put money down on it .Drove by car lot a few days later called again about the same vehicle he said yes it’s available. Made arrangements to meet the next day, he text the next day and said that he was not available that evening. I told him I could meet him the next evening he said OK when I called the next day to verify a time he told me that a gentleman.stopped in earlier and put money down on the vehicle. Told me he was sorry. Never called or text me to ask me if I was still available to come in that evening.( which I was!) He said first come first serve! I said I work all day and his comment was“ I’m here at this lot all day”.I said I’m sorry I work all day and cannot be there till 4:30. Bad customer service!

Recently bought a 06 BMW with just 125k after 2 days I decided to do an oil change to start fresh as I didn't know how old it was, right after car started making a lifter noise sure enough some additives were added to silence the sound. I don't know if it was him or previous owner but literally this guy buys JUNK and sells JUNK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I was very upset after dropping 4k into this car. BMW recommends Castrol and is even printed on oil Cap, after speaking with Rob he argue me by text that Castrol is not what I should put in. Just some thought for how inexperience this guy is with cars he sells

Bought a 99 vw jetta 2.0. Advertised it to have a sunroof and it doesnt. He said it was in perfect condition and needed nothing. I checked the car over pretty good. Coolant was pink like it should be, took for a test drive and it got darker. I drove it 2 hours and temp sensor light flashes. I thought nothing of it. I get it home and it goes off again. Opened the hood and the coolant is brown. From green and pink mixed together. Not over heating not head gasket as I drove it for 2-1/2 hrs before getting home. This guy is a shyster and buys cars from the auto auction. Be careful when you buy a car from this guy. Would of given more stars if he was more up front about the car. Since your a car dealer, Your supposed to look it over and price it accordingly. Detailing a car does not make the car worth more. Again be careful when you purchase any vehicle here.
