Very nice condos! Management was wonderful, and very attentive to our needs. We only had to have a couple of things fixed, so maintenance came in right away and fixed them. Then, the manager followed up on our satisfaction of the job! I would definitely recommend living here to others! Heating bill was reasonable ($79-80 mo. in winter). Water and sewer ($44 mo.). Very nice deck type area so you can have a grill and some deck furniture. Mailboxes located across from buildings, and assigned parking spots for each unit. Washer dryer hookups and two bathrooms closed the deal for us! Rent was very reasonable. Also, trash was included as the dumpsters were on site..very easy access! I just want to say thanks so much to Jerry who is one of the best, and nicest managers I have ever met!
