I've been using this cleaners for years, over 10 years! The service is always friendly and polite. I recently needed a suit cleaned for an event I was attending in the evening. They were able to accommodate my needs and have it ready same day COB! I was very satisfied with quick turnaround. I had been using this cleaners for years. The last two times my husband's dress shirts were not ironed correctly. They had no creases in the side of the arms and no starch was used. When I asked the women (I think she is the owner) if they changed laundries and she stated no. She told me that I never received shirts that had creases on the sides of the arms and that the shirts always have starch. I told her I was disappointed with her response and unhappy. She was unmoved and even more so, when I told her she just lost a customer that had been coming there for years. With all the dry cleaners in the area, this one should be passed by.
