      ASPHALT SEALCOATING- We hand-apply all commercial-grade sealer. Applying the sealer by hand using a brush allows us to work the sealer into the asphalt. We spray large lots with two coats, which makes it last longer and gives the surface a nice consistent appearance. While this method may be slightly more costly, it allows for the application of more overall material and consequently longer lasting coverage and protection. We use the industries best, a premium coal tar emulsion an industrial grade material that is engineered to protect asphalt, assuring the maximum amount of rejuvenation and protection while allowing the pavement to function as intended. CRACK SEALING Filling cracks is a vital part of maintaining your driveway from deteriorating. As your asphalt age’s weather and oxidation allow small cracks to form. These cracks are an invitation to moisture and harmful chemicals to seep into the pavement's base and ruin your Parking Lot or Driveway, as this moisture expands and freezes, the pavement will break creating heavy damage such as pot holes and eventually the asphalt will have to be replaced. To prevent this, we apply a joint sealant specifically engineered for asphalt cracks. Sealing the cracks will keep the water on the top surface and following the natural drainage. PATCHING & REPAIRS -Patching & Pot Hole Repair is an essential part of asphalt maintenance. Patching is a necessary repair to prevent localized pavement distress and preventing safety hazards. This will greatly extend the life of your pavement. We use a cold-applied high performance pothole patch material. It is an all-weather material that can be used to fill potholes in wet or dry conditions durable pothole patch for parking lots and driveways. LINE STRIPING- We use bright, durable line markings on asphalt and concrete pavement surfaces. The environmentally-friendly, 100% acrylic water based formula provides outstanding performance and durability. We can reapply an existing pattern or lay out a new pattern upon request. Paint is available in yellow, white, and handicapped-blue (other colors may be available upon request). ASPHALT CUT OUTS Asphalt cut-out and replacement is a permanent repair. Cut-outs are often used to fix a spider cracking area, potholes, sunken areas, low spots where puddling can occur, and many other areas. The empty area will be filled with fresh gravel for a base (if needed) and then a layer of hot asphalt will be applied.
